Responsibilities:


Handles calls and e-mails from customers regarding service issues, pricing, warranties, commercial, dispatch, repair, same-day reschedules/cancellations.


Resolves customer issues (warranties, rescheduling)


Ensures accuracy of work orders and processes invoices for work completed.


Reviews orders from the national Call Center.


Handles dealer part orders and special accounts.


Reviews and completes insurance verification, additional parts and researches any missing information.


 


Qualifications:


High School diploma or equivalent required


Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols


Ability to provide world class customer service


Ability to adjust and respond to a fast-paced operation


Skilled in various customer service arenas


Ability to travel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
