Ongoing maintenance of employee information and updates using ADP PayXpert Distribution of checks and advices to employee population at multiple locations Provide employment verifications Monthly benefits enrollment for eligible employees Monthly reconciliation of benefits invoices Quarterly 401 k enrollments for eligible employees COBRA process for termed employees Maintenance of vacation tracking Special Projects:
Request Motor Vehicle/Credit Report information as requested Review Payroll information for WC Audits Review and update posting in each location pertaining to labor rules Prepare reports for annual benefit renewals Prepare reports for annual worker s comp insurance renewal Maintain/Update Employee Handbook, Safety Book, etc
Qualifications:
