AgentAs a Professional Collection Agent you will make outbound calls to customers informing them of their delinquent account.
You will be responsible for gathering information about the customer's current financial situation and negotiating the best possible arrangement while collecting legally, morally, and ethically.
Your performance will be held to industry standards regarding the amount of calls you make in a day, the amount of time spent typing your notes, the amount of time spent on the phone with the customer, and how much of your assigned monthly budget you collect amongst other performance skills.
We are seeking individuals that can treat our customers with respect, empathize with their situation, and think outside of the box to come up with a win-win outcome for both the customer and the clients we service.
