Summary:
Tough Guys Cookies is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cookie Store Associates.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is clean and organized, and assisting with baking and packaging cookies.
Responsibilities:
1.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with purchases.
2.
Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately.
3.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and keeping display cases tidy.
4.
Assist with baking cookies, following recipes and ensuring high-quality products.
5.
Package cookies for sale, including labeling and ensuring proper presentation.
6.
Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
7.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.
8.
Assist with special events or promotions as needed.
9.
Uphold the values and image of Tough Guys Cookies through professional conduct and appearance.
Requirements:
1.
High school diploma or equivalent.
2.
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
3.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
5.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
6.
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7.
Knowledge of food safety guidelines is a plus.
8.
Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
