Assistant Store Managers are responsible forassisting the Store Manager in a hands-on method to manage tasks and projectswith all aspects of a retail business.
Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability:

Have strong merchandising skills across several home d cor categories High school diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor degree preferred.
Knowledge of basic retail business concepts (customer satisfaction, merchandising, financials, human resources, communications, project management, etc.
) Computer skills with MS Office products and JDA or similar MMS.
Must be able to work a flexible 50-hour work week.
Have an acceptable pre-employment background check and valid driver's license.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
