The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.
This position is located IN THE 32073 area.
MUST LIVE WITHIN 10 MILES OF ORANG PARK LOCATION Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Clean outside area within 50ft, pick up debris/trash, clean ATM's and Drive Thru Lanes Notify management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Follow all health and safety regulations Skills Proven working experience as a cleaner, janitor or housekeeper Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity as this is a Key Holder position Job Type:
