Team Management Responsible for completing the weekly schedule for the Car Wash department.
Staffing Levels - Responsible for ensuring the Car Wash department is fully staffed with enough employees to meet each day's staffing demands.
Make sure that each car wash employee is performing all car wash procedures correctly at all times Adhere to the policy that there is always a manager in Post Wash.
Adhere to the quality policy that only management will quality check details.
Also, management and quality control technicians will check full-service quality.
Train all car wash employees according to the Car Spa certification process.
Ensure Service Advisors achieve customer satisfaction and average ticket goals.
Access performance and create development plans for all car wash employees.
Provide feedback, coaching, and corrective action to employees as needed to maintain standards and improve performance.
Conduct 30-day, 90 day and annual performance evaluations for all car wash employees.
Store Operations Responsible car wash quality standards.
Manage overall vehicle flow and production in car wash.
Conduct on-going safety training and monthly meetings.
Accountable for opening and closing duties.
Accountable for inventory of car wash chemicals, towels, etc.
Responsible for recruiting and hiring car wash staff.
Schedule employees according to the staffing model.
Monitor hourly to ensure labor goals are met.
Maintain accurate records and reporting.
Working Conditions:
All work is done in a service bay environment in all types of weather.
Safety is a prime concern due to the constant traffic movement and potentially hazardous environment.
You must be alert, move safely around moving vehicles, and use caution when performing oil center services.
You are required to enter and/or reach all areas of any type vehicle.
You must constantly bend, reach, stoop and stretch.
Must follow company policy for wearing protective gear (i.
e.
, safety goggles, bump cap, burn gloves, ear protection, etc.
).
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
