We are The Funding Group and work with our remote partners to help find those clients' funding.
This position is to work with those existing partners and their clients to make sure they have the best experience possible.
DUTIES &
Responsibilities:
- Working in various online applications and CRM's updating client records.
- Taking and making calls to clients and partners to update them on the process.
- Working with upper management to complete various record keeping and reporting tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High energy and motivated to successfully complete tasks Positive outlook with a strong desire to help others and solve problems.
Outstanding customer service on the phone when working with clients and referral partners.
Organized and focused with above-average attention to detail.
Must be internet and pc savvy.
Confident on the phone and able to pick up a phone to solve a problem.
Multi-tasker who can jump in and out of clients' files without confusing them.
