We are seeking part-time (9:
30 AM to 1:
30 PM, Monday through Friday) able to transition to full-time (9:
30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday).
There is a six week trial period to see if the job is right for the employee and if the employee is fitting in with the business.
As one of the duties is to greet customers, the employee will need to present a professional appearance.
The candidate needs to be proficient in word processing, typing, phone skills, and other office related tasks.
There is an opportunity for some extra hours in the evening a few times a month administering class finals from 6 PM to 9 PM.
We are flexible with needs for time off of work for family matters and doctor appointments.
